Dr Rajib Kumar Panda, a distinguished author and academician, joined us as our Academic Director in June, 2024. He leads our academic activities with such unique research based methods that all our students are assured of their success.
He was the Founder Chairman - cum - Principal of Krypton Science College, Bhubaneswar from 2010 to 2020. Prior to that he has worked in reputed educational institutions of Odisha like KIIT, SOA, GITA, ICFAI, etc. as Associate Professor and Soft Skills Trainer.
The students, parents and teachers who have come in contact with him praise his soft spoken, inspiring and intellectual approach to life as well academic profusely.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Das is a visionary educationist with a panoramic experience of about 21 years in school education & administration.
An expert in Political Science, He has been a teacher par excellence. He is a post-graduate (M.A) in Political Science & Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Utkal University. He has completed MPhil from North Orissa University, Baripada, Odisha. His area of interest includes Political Sociology, Electoral politics in India, Reforms in Indian Electoral process.

Mr. Pabitra Pradhan is a well experienced IT & Computer science educator with 13 years of experience in teaching with a qualification of MCA from Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. He is expert in constructing engaging lesson plans and delivering effective lectures. He is dedicated to students success and educational excellence.

Dr. Madhusmita Pati, Lecturer in odia. She has completed post graduate degree in odia from Utkal University. She has completed Ph.D. & the topic was “Odia Akankika O Manoranjan Das” from Utkal University. Her research associate ship of UGC & the place of research work in PG Department of, Utkal University. She has published many books & two research papers. Her novel – “Duradigbalaya tale” selected by Odisha sahitya Academy, Bhubaneswar. Many publications in different books & magazines & periodicals were published. She has completed about 27 years for teaching in different educational institutions & specially in the PG Department of Odia, Utkal University. She dedicated resourceful & goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social & academic growth, So also for development of research works.

Mrs. Bandita Sahani is a student – centered and motivational faculty who promotes a positive learning environment for students. She holds master degree from Utkal University and B.Ed. from Acharya Nagarjuna University with 20 years of experience. She has completed M.Phil from North Orissa University, Baripada, Odisha. Her area of interest in Sanskrit grammar.

Mr. Ashis Kumar Beuria is a highly experienced teacher having the teaching expertise of 15 years in the field of English language and literature. He has completed his Bachelor’s degree with English Honors from Utkal University. He holds a post graduation degree in English from Ravenshaw University. He also possesses M.Phil Degree from North Orissa University. Apart from these credentials, he also holds Bachelor of Education degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University. He has the expertise in creative writing.

Mr. Rasmiranjan Sarangi is a highly experienced teacher having the teaching expertise of 21 years in the field of Logic & Philosophy. He holds M.Phil Degree from University of Hyderabad. His area of interest in philosophy of Religion.

Mrs. Smitali Panigrahi is highly motivated and experienced Odia educator with 10 years of experience in teaching. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Odia from BJB Autonomous College and Master Degree from Utkal University. She has completed her Bachelor of Education degree (B.ED.) from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2018. She is exceptionally skilled in writing odia story and poems.

Mrs. Sarmistha Panda with qualification of M.Tech in power system (Electrical) Engineering from VSSUT, Burla. She has an experience of around 15 years in esteemed educational institutions. She is a highly motivated and details oriented professional with keen interest in the field of physics.

Mrs. Anasuya Mohapatra is a highly motivated and experienced lecturer with 8 years of experience in teaching and mentoring students. She Holds a master degree in history from Ravenshaw University and Bachelor of education (B.Ed.) from Nagarjuna University. She has keen interest in the field of Ancient Indian history.

Ms. Monalisa Priyadarshini Panda is a Lecturer in chemistry. She holds an M.Sc degree in chemistry from SOA University. With 7 months of teaching experience, She strives to create an engaging & interactive learning environment for her students. Her primary interest includes solution chemistry & Nanotechnology.

Mrs. Pragyan Paramita Mishra has completed her postgraduation in counseling psychology from Amity University Jaipur, Rajasthan. In her early career, she worked with National Health Mission as a counselor. She has 7 years of academic experience. Her expertise revolves around clinical psychology & counseling psychology.

Chemistry educator Ms. Anjali Nayak holds an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Centurion university with 6 years of experience. She specializes in biodiesel formation, sustainable energy solutions and chemical education. She excels in teaching, research and mentoring students.

Mr. Bhabani Sankar Meher is a highly motivated and experienced mathematics educator with 4 years of experience in teaching and mentoring students. Holding a master’s degree in Mathematics from Sambalpur University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. He possesses a strong foundation in mathematical concepts and educational principles. His area of interest includes Game theory & Mathematical modeling and research.

Mr. Jagannath Pal holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Central University of Karnataka with 4 years of teaching experience. Mr. pal is Passionate about education and academic growth. He specializes in mathematical concept and their applications. His primary interest lies in fluid dynamics, where he explores the fascinating principles of motion and flow in various contexts.

Ms. Sonali Gantayat is a life science educator with a strong academic background in Zoology & life science. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Zoology & master’ degree in life science from Berhampur University. With over 3 years of teaching experience, she has developed expertise in delivering high-quality instructions, and fostering a deep understanding of biological sciences among students.

Ms. Soudamini Padhi is a qualified Hindi lecturer and having 2 years of skillful experience in teaching. Having graduated with Hindi Honors from Kamala Nehru Women’s college and holding a post-graduation degree from Ravenshaw University. Her area of expertise is fluency in Hindi speaking and writing skills as well as giving guidance to students who are weak so as to elevate their skills.

Mrs. Sandhyarani Das is an alumna of Kendrapada Autonomous College, where she earned her B.A degree under Utkal University in the year 2020 and went on to earn her postgraduate degree from Berhampur University in the year 2022. Additionally, she has completed her Bachelor of education (B.Ed.) from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh in 2024. Her primary interest lies in postmodern, literature, Dalit literature, also with American literary movement.

Milen sutar is a dedicated and knowledgeable physics educator with a strong academic background in physics and a specialized focus in nanotechnology. With a master’s degree in physics from Berhampur University. She combines theoretical expertise with practical insight, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of Nanotechnology. She is committed to make complex concepts in physics more understandable.
